2026 Ultimate Collectible Expo Vendor Contract

Event Details

  • September 26th – Sylvania, Ohio:
    • Event Hours: 9a-3p
    • Location: Tam-O-Shanter / 7060 W Sylvania Rd.  Sylvania, OH
    • Setup: Setup will be available the day before and morning of.  Details will be emailed out closer to event.
  • October 10th – Kalamazoo, Michigan
    • Event hours: 9a-3p
    • Location: Kalamazoo Expo Center – 2900 Lake St. Kalamazoo, MI
    • Setup: Setup will be available the day before and morning of only.  Details will be emailed out closer to event.
  • November 22nd – Jackson, Michigan:
    •     Event hours: 9a-3p
    • Location: American 1 Credit Union Expo Center – 128 W Ganson St. Jackson, MI
    • Setup: Setup will be available the morning of only.  Details will be emailed out closer to event.

Setup, Check-In & Unloading

  • Final setup instructions and event details (including setup times, check-in, unloading, and layout) will be emailed approximately two weeks before the event. Please keep an eye out for this communication.
  • If you have any special layout requests for your table, please email us at Hello@SimplyUniqueMarket.com at least three weeks before the event. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee.
  • All vendors will be provided with 8ft tables. Tables will be pre-assigned.  The only space behind your table is enough for a chair.

Vendor Table Area & Presentation

  • Each vendor will receive the amount of 8ft tables paid for the event. No additional tables are provided.
  • No booth setups are allowed; all vendors will have a standard table.
  • Presentation: Please ensure your display is clean and professional. We ask that vendors keep the area neat and organized throughout the event.
  • No Subleasing: You may not sublease or share your table space with another vendor. Only individuals listed on the registration form may sell or display products at your table.
  • Unattended Tables: Please do not leave your table unattended. If you need a break, ask a fellow vendor or one of our staff members to watch your table for you.

Takedown & End of Event

  • No Early Takedown: You are required to keep your table open until the event ends at 4:00 p.m. Early takedowns are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in being excluded from future events.
  • Detailed instructions for takedown and leaving will be emailed closer to the event date.

Insurance

  • The Ultimate Collectible Expo, GLP Events LLC and Outfield Sports Cards LLC are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to your participation in the event.
  • Vendors are required to carry their own insurance to cover property, products, and any potential injuries.

Severe Weather Policy

  • In case of severe weather or other emergencies, the event may be postponed or canceled. If this happens, you will be automatically entered into the rescheduled event or next year’s event. If you cannot attend the new date, your payment will be credited for future events, valid for 3 years.
  • Notifications of weather-related changes will be sent via email, text, and posted on our vendor page.

Cancellations

  • No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations 90+ Days in Advance: You may apply your payment as a credit toward a future event.  Must be used within one calendar year.  No refunds are given)
  • No-Show: If you fail to attend the event without prior notification, you will forfeit all fees and be banned from future participation.

Covid Policy & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

  • If the event is canceled due to COVID-19 or any similar public health emergency or if government regulations prevent the event from occurring, vendors will receive a credit for future events.
  • This credit will remain valid for 3 years but is non-transferable.

Advertising & Social Media

  • We need your help to make the Ultimate Collectible Expo a success! Follow us on social media and share our event pages.

  • We promote the event across multiple platforms, including newspapers, flyers, social media, billboards, and more. Please help spread the word!

Goals of the Show

  • The Ultimate Collectible Expo is all about making connections, making sales and having fun! Sales may vary, but making contacts and building relationships is key to your success. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our staff for advice or tips.

Release of Liability

By participating in the Ultimate Collectible Expo, all vendors and participants agree to release GLP Events LLC and Outfield Sports Cards LLC from any and all liability, including loss, theft, damage, injury, or death during the event. This includes any issues arising from weather, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of God.
